* Ensures that service levels agreed with an external provider are met (measure, report, escalate)
* Manages collaboration with provider, e.g. dispatching and prioritizing service requests and incidents, triage, initial RCAs
* Reports on service levels and issues
* Monitors department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues
* Escalates service level issues to E-Com IT Ops management
* Review contracts based on service levels as needed to be able to maximize profitability
